  • Pallazo Versace New Year Eve 2017-18

The time goes by so fast, and I am amazed how quickly past this year away. We are having the last day of 2017, and I cannot believe it. Last year we spent New Year Eve in Zürich in our beloved hometown, we knew the next Silverster would be definitively in Dubai. We bought our tickets to Dubai for 2nd January 2017, that was our first real trip to Dubai with the imagination to move here at least partially. So now we live in Dubai, most of the time. The life here is for all of us a just fantastic fairy tale. We always lived very good, had a nice and comfortable life, but to live like a princess? As my mum says, we deserve it. Now getting closer to 40, I have to say, Yes, now it is the time to live a little bit more over exaggerated. My closet was always large, but now! All the dresses I allow to wear every day would be impossible in Europe, without being noticed on the street! I love it!!!! You never overdressed in Dubai. Most of the girls here are beautiful and very stylish! Where ever I go, its sparks from luxury and gold. That inspires me a lot. It may sound pretty superficial to you, but it is not; we girls love fashion and pretty places. I definitively like to enjoy this life for some time. Our New year party was sparkling from champagne ( I am non-drinker;-), live music and dance till early morning. Pallazo Versace was just good enough to close this chapter and start a new exciting, extravagant and happy-end story. To come to the point, I would like to thank the old year 2017 and to say goodbye with broken heard. I enjoyed every second of you. You have been very generous to me and my family. We all are healthy and happy. Thank you for that! We are curious about what the year 2018 brings, but I have the feeling … it’s going to be good! We would like to welcome 2018 with our hands open, and we are ready to take all you have to offer. Please, be generous to us as the year 2017 was. Dear family and friends, we love you, and we are thankful to have you. Standby each other, support each other and love each other. Nobody is perfect, but who cares, try your best to be good, not always will be your decision the best but take it as a chance. Life is a journey, and it is only up to us, how enjoyable this trip will be. We love you! Happy New Year 2018! Kiss, Two and half women!

  • Christmas greetings from Dubai 2017

Hello dear family and friends. First of all, we would like to thank you for being with us and visiting our blog from time to time. As we are keeping saying, this blog is only for the pure entertainment of our family and friends, we are sharing with you some moments of our life, but not everything has been shown here in the past. And that for the simple reason of not having the time while travelling and running around our little Princess Èstelle. Sometimes the month goes by so quickly, and we didn’t post a word. But don’t be upset with us, the life is running fast, and we are here to enjoy it without any pressure to write a new article. We are going with the flow, simple and happy. We wish you from deepest of our heard the most beautiful Christmas Holidays! Happy and prosperous New Year 2018. But the most we want you to be healthy and live in peace. The rest are exclusive wishes which are almost always possible to get. So guys. Hope to see you next year all again here or in real life! We are happy to have you. The biggest hug!!! Two and half women Ladies!

  • Our Chrismas Party outfit.

We are invited to Christmas party today. We picked our favourite yellow dresses. Estelle wanted a pink hair accessory, and I had no chance to pursue her do pick something different. When this little girl decides, parents have not much to say. I tried some reasonable arguments but forget it. However, now when I see the pictures, I have to say. Yes! Not bad. I keep it simple today, no jewellery at all, the dress is strong enough. I am posting this pictures to show you, how amazing is my lovely daughter, she always makes me laugh, making jokes all the time. I noticed that she already as a baby, tried to make jokes to entertain everyone around. Hope one day she will get some reasonable job and not be a comedian. No offence to comedians, I love to laugh, but let us hope for this little lady, she keep smiling forever. Kiss

  • The Musical Amazing Dubai

We have already December! The time is running like crazy, in a couple of weeks, we will celebrate our first year of living in Dubai. Last year at this time ….. it would never come through my head to celebrate my next Christmas in Dubai. Here we are ….. more than happy to be part of the amazing city name Dubai! When we heard that Dubai is hosting a musical about the history of Dubai with the name "Amazing Dubai", we couldn’t wait to see it. Three ladies dressed in royal blue made the city unsafe! The musical was great! We sang, danced and cried. They played the national anthem which was very emotional, we simply enjoyed every minute. We recommend this musical very much. If you live or visiting Dubai, don’t miss the chance to learn something about this amazing culture and country full of opportunities and magic. Last but not least, check the pictures, sometimes I am asking myself, who is the better actor in this family, me or Èstelle. For this time Estelle is the winner. See you soon! Kiss, Yours two and half women!

  • November 17th, the Velvet revolution and me in Dubai on the Beach.

Today is17th of November 2017, in Czech Republic is today special day, for exactly 28 years started the Velvet revolution. Definitively a very special day to remember, I am thinking of my all friends living around the world, which have the chance to do so because of this special day. November 17th is not at all just an ordinary day in the Czech Republic. If you take a look at the Czech calendar, you will see that November 17th is marked as a public holiday. It is called the Day of a Struggle for Freedom and Democracy. It is a very important day for Czechs not only for one, but for two reasons! On this day, Czechs commemorate two remarkable events in the Czech history – one happened in 1939 and another one exactly fifty years later, in 1989. The former commemorates the student demonstration against Nazi occupation, the later the demonstration against the communist government, which was again held by students, and led to the so called Velvet Revolution. Both evens are significant in fighting for freedom and democracy of the Czech people. But why both events took place on November 17 and not on some other day? Well, both evens are connected. It all started on October 28, 1939, which was the 21st anniversary of the independence of the Czechoslovak Republic. On this day there were big anti-Nazi demonstrations in Prague, which were suppressed by Nazi forces – you probably know that Czechs were occupied by Hitler’s Germany back then. One student, whose name was Jan Opletal, a nineteen year old student of the Medical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague, was seriously wounded there and died few days later. His funeral, attended by thousands of students, turned into another anti-Nazi demonstration. This provoked the Nazis so much that on November 17th they ordered to close all Czech universities and colleges, plus over 1200 Czech students were sent to concentration camps, and nine students were executed. Because of this terrible act, November 17th is since 1941 marked as International Students Day by the International Union of Students. Fifty years after such oppression, in 1989, Czech students organized a demonstration to commemorate the student martyr Jan Opletal and the International Students Day. It started off as an officially-sanctioned march, but turned quickly into demonstration demanding the resignation of the country’s communist government. Students were brutally beaten by riot police. This annoyed the public so much that they went on strike as well, demanding the same thing. Demonstrations, which were held afterwards, were attended by more and more people. With the growing street protests and with other communist regimes falling around, the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia finally announced on November 28th they would step out. November 17, 1989, started the so called The Velvet Revolution. As a result, the first democratic elections since 1946 were held in June 1990 and brought the first completely non-communist government to Czechs and Slovaks in over 40 years. Thanks to this day I am able to sit here with my lovely family, enjoy my life the way I was dreaming about, but never believed it will come true. Thank to all of you going on the streets to fight for the freedom. We should never forget that we have the power to change things, as individuals we will have it hard but we can succeed but as a union, we are strong and our chances are much higher. Please keep that on mind, for the next step for better future. Big kiss to all my lovely friends from Czech republic. (Part of the text copied from www.prague.net)

  • Dubai Fashion Week 2017

This week is in Dubai the Fashion Week! We are so delighted to be invited. I am very excited about our little Èstelle, she is coming with me, she is only three years old and already visiting fashion week! Crazy! What I would do at her age! OK, to make this straight, at stelle's age, I had no clue that there is any fashion week at all. But she is little different, she follows what the mum is doing, and she likes it. She picked her Hello Kitty dress and matching Hello Kitty handbag. We are ready for the show! Just waiting for the UBER was little annoying for the fashionista girl. Kiss

  • Best time ever

We travel since quite some time now, at the moment we just relaxing doing not much, just sitting around, splashing our feeds in our private pool, far far away from the civilisation, counting the lizards and frogs jumping around, listening to the melodic tweets of exotic birds and breathing the fresh air. This is simply the best time ever. People find very difficult to relax and through everything behind as I did. Since I am a mother I changed remarkably, for me is essential every each day, don't want to waste it doing things they bring my daughter or me nothing. I know that this time never comes back, that's why spending maximum time with my daughter is that what is very important to me. Since Estelle was born, we have never been apart a single day (Ok, not true, there was a couple of days, I had to go to the hospital for a small operation). I know nothing would change if I would not see her for a day or two, but to be honest with you, I am not willing to, not at the moment. It is for me great pleasure to be a companion of this little human. To hear the sentence "Mama where are you?" only because I just left the room, it might be sometimes annoying, but there will be one day the day when no one will ask for me anymore. Believe or not, that will be a very lonely time. That's why all this. I want to have my best friend always by my side; she must feel she can always rely on me, that I still will be there if Estelle needs me for not only now but in the future when she has to cope with her own life. I am calling this article best time ever, not because of this day today, having chilling time in a beautiful hotel with my beautiful family, but because I have it every day since I have my family. Kiss

  • Villette Park in Cham is worth of visit.

We are living very near to the lake Zug, so we enjoy an almost everyday lovely walk with our dog. The park nearby calls Villette Park. In the park is a charming looking restaurant on the lake, called Villa Villette. In the Winter season is the restaurant closed, but it is still worth to come along to visit this romantic place. The former industrialist’s villa, Villa Villette, is situated in a Cham park that reaches as far as Lake Zug. You travel back into a glamorous past here but are indulged with innovative cuisine and a beautiful view over the lake and Swiss mountains. The villa was built in 1866 for the Zurich banker and art patron Heinrich Schulthess von Meiss (1813-1898). Construction and design of the villa and the park are in connection with the railway construction from Zurich to Lucerne. It is almost exactly between those two cities. The villa is built in the Italian new Renaissance style. The extensive, 46'410 m2 parkland with the beautiful old trees is typical of the 19th century. You will find here many very extraordinary types of trees. In 1981, the municipality of city Cham acquired the park and the villa. The "Villette Cham Foundation", established in 1986, made it possible to make this beautiful place accesible to the public, every year you can enjoy many cultural and social events here. I love this place; it is peaceful calm place in any season, very well maintained, beautiful swam of swans accompanies you in summer but also in winter waiting for you to feed them. If you are planning to visit Zug or Cham, please do not miss this place, you will not regret it. Kiss
